About the PDF Invoice Generator

The PDF Invoice Generator was created out of the need for a simple, easy-to-use invoicing tool to support entrepreneurs who want to save time by creating invoices that are easy to understand and straightforward, with enough information to explain to the future customer the services/products to be provided, and that are accessible on both computer and mobile.

This tool lets you pre-register multiple items, customers, and companies, so you can reuse data for customers you already know, saving time and avoiding data-entry errors when generating the invoice document.

Features

• Customers are listed in chronological order of registration and can be accessed in the customers menu. Customers have contact details such as phone and email, in addition to their name and official national identification document.

• Items are listed in chronological order of registration and can be accessed in the items menu. Items have a name and reference price, and can also be edited according to the invoice in progress

• Companies are listed in chronological order of registration and can be accessed in the companies menu. Companies have contact details such as phone and email, in addition to their name and national company registration number.

The Invoice

The invoice aims to clearly and directly establish which services or products will be provided to the future buyer; its purpose is to establish which services will be provided and their respective prices, allowing for notes regarding the needs of each customer. Invoices can be accessed at invoices and new invoices can be created at new invoices.
